Why Coaching with Dr. David Forbes is Different
Effective coaching is about the capacity to support and facilitate worthwhile sustainable change.
Sustainable change is fed by a combination of:
• Accurate information regarding what’s needed for the change
• Support for moving through internal and external obstacles to that change
Five Key Pillars:
Relationship to Food – one that creates energy, feeds clarity of mind, and optimizes health
Movement – that improves the balance of the system, increases conscious internal connection, and optimizes conditioning of the body
Sleep/Rest – that rejuvenates the system, creates available energy, and optimizes the repair modes of the body
Stress Reduction – that discharges tension, frees up bound energy, and increases availability for the important parts of our lives
Inner Life - that allows increasing connection to inner calm, provides access to energy and a sense of fulfillment, helps regain enthusiasm and meaning in life, and improve relationships
