ACCESS CARD PLAN

This card entitles you to:

All visits only $30 (overhead fee) no matter how many visits or how long they are. This $30 also includes an annual EKG and many basic labs (blood counts, chemistries, cholesterol profile, CRP, TSH, urinalysis, Hgb A1c for diabetics and PSA for men)
Annual physical
Additional labs can be billed to your insurance or at our lowest rates in house with a low $2 handling fee per lab.
Myer's Cocktails at $60 (normally $90)
PEER sessions at 50% rate of $75 per hour
20% discount for most other NIM allied practitioners - counseling, hypnosis, acupuncture, rolfing, etc. (Exception Dr. Saskia Lytle-Vieira)
