Clinical Hypnosis

Clinical hypnosis is used to treat physical or psychological problems.  During hypnosis, you become deeply relaxed and your mind becomes focused and receptive to therapeutic suggestion.  Clinical hypnosis offers hope for many people with chronic medical conditions.  It is used for both symptom management and behavioral change.

Through the process of hypnosis, you are able to connect your mind and body at a very deep level.  It is beneficial for the treatment of many conditions including but not limited to insomnia, irritable bowel syndrome, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, acute and chronic pain, headaches, and sexual dysfunction.  We also recommend it for smoking cessation, weight loss, addictions, and stress reduction.
